@HelloMinted this is the first I’ve used your company for Christmas cards, and there are several quality control issues. I am super disappointed and it’s impossible to connect with Customer Service.
@Grubhub_Care our driver stole our food. The restaurant actually just called us to say they gave the first driver our food and don’t know what happened. Grubhub sent another driver, but the food was gone. How does this happen????
@Grubhub_Care our order was picked up 30 minutes ago. Our driver has our food and has been sitting at another restaurant for another order. We can see them on the map. Our food is nowhere in sight and will be cold by the time it gets to us. How do we get a refund and new food?

@Grubhub_Care Not happy with Grubhub or the restaurant. We found out entree that was missing from the order is because the restaurant is out of it (we called the restaurant to place another order). Still don’t understand how the restaurant says they don’t use Grubhub.
@Grubhub_Care just ordered a meal and it was missing an entree (and the other entree exploded in the bag). Called the restaurant to complain and they argued with us that they don’t have Grubhub. How is this possible? We ordered through Grubhub and watched it in the app.
We thought it was suspicious when one entree price was deducted from the bill and then we were missing that item. When we called the restaurant to complain, we were told they were out of that item. The restaurant owner was very, very insistent that they don’t use Grubhub.
The owner of the restaurant said they don’t contract with Grubhub. But here we are, missing a meal (which when we called the restaurant they said they were out of), and the restaurant says they don’t use your service.

On the phone with @saks now. We are being told the only thing you can do is offer 25% off. This. Is. Fraud. You quoted one price and charged us another. Supervisors aren’t available. You just hung up on us. Seriously??
@saks we ordered two Nuna Rava car seats during your half price sale. They went out of stock, but CS told us they will honor the price when they come back in stock. They were shipped and arrived two weeks ago. However, we were charged full price. We have called multiple times.
