Another annual annoyance
At WHY are we still making the whole
Country and all the individuals and businesses
Change clocks twice a year
The errors made, the time spent, the money wasted, the missed appointments, the utter confusion to the very young and old
Is a nonsense.
As I say, every year.
For gods sake
Stop Messing With The Clocks ⏰

🇮🇹 1984 Ferrari 308 GT/M
1 of only 3
Estimate £1,300,000 - £1,750,000
The Group B car that never entered a WRC event.
The 1984 Ferrari 308 GT/M is an ultra-rare Group B rally car developed jointly by Ferrari and Michelotto, with only three examples produced.
It was designed as a specialized race car rather than a road car, featuring a lightweight 840 kg chassis with a 370 bhp 3.0L V8 and carbon-fiber bodywork, serving as a key development vehicle for the F40.
Performance: Tested at Fiorano with a 0–60 time under 4 seconds and a top speed of 270 km/h (170 mph). It was reportedly faster than the 512 BB/LM and F40 on tests.
Engine: 3.0-liter 4-cam V8 with four-valve cylinder heads, producing 363–370 HP, equipped with Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection and a 90° V8 layout.
Construction: Featured a tubular spaceframe chassis, aluminum buck-formed carbon-fiber and Kevlar body panels, and a 6-speed Hewland gearbox (later) or 5-speed.
Development: Michelotto (in Padua, Italy) built these cars as the unofficial customer racing department for Ferrari.
The car featured rose-jointed double-wishbone suspension, Bilstein dampers, and Brembo brakes.
Purpose: Created to be a competitive Group B rally car, though it was eventually limited by its rear-wheel-drive layout compared to 4WD competitors.
Legacy and Rarity
Only three units were constructed: Chassis 001, 002, and 003. They are considered the ultimate evolution of the 308 platform and crucial to the development of the 288 GTO and F40.
