@catturd2 There are NOT 3 "Co-Equal" Branches of Federal Government. There are 4 Branches and they have SPECIFIC duties under the Constitution. The 1st Branch, who holds ALL authority, is The People. The other 3 work for The People. The People decide what should be done by Election.

@carlly1223 @pensive_thinkr @RandyRRQuaid The non-disclosure agreements stopped any testimony that may have been relevant in either case. That was the point of the settlements. Without the victim testimony and without parental consent, there was no evidence.

@overtaxation50 @pensive_thinkr @RandyRRQuaid 2 grand jurys didnt find evidence to indict him. If they had said that prior to the civil court date, MJ wouldn't have paid a cent. He was protecting his right to a fair criminal trial IF there was to be one. The settlement only stopped the Civil trial not a criminal trial.

@overtaxation50 @RandyRRQuaid Jackson's team asked the judge for the criminal trial to go first, as the civil case before criminal would prejudice the trial. The judge rejected that request. The parents could have also continued with the criminal trial and sent Jackson to prison. But they ran off with money

@SamuelC13877599 @JoeKandul @RepBoebert Good and evil are constructs of human perception and are irrelevant to the result of the equation. Again, the inability to understand the inevitability does't change the outcome. God intentionally designed the conditions that create everything. God is neither good nor evil.

@SamuelC13877599 @JoeKandul @RepBoebert No, it isn't. Every action is a predictable outcome from the initiation of the universe. The universe, and everything in it, follows the rules that were created at its inception. Lack of awareness or understanding doesn't change inevitability.

@vhnavigator @libsoftiktok There's a guaratee that the ones at the top will succeed, that's why it's called a pyramid scheme. You are trading NOTHING and it is dependent on the infusion of new "investors" to pay anything.

@overtaxation50 @libsoftiktok Sorry you feel that way but many investors have already made bank on BTC. It’s just like stocks - there’s no guaranty they’ll succeed. Look at GM many people lost money on bankruptcy and govt bailout. but now GM back on exchange and selling. People never made whole!!!

Coinbase, which claims to be "apolitical" and non-woke according to their CEO, has contributed FAR MORE to Democrat causes than Republicans. Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been sent to left-wing groups and campaigns such as the DNC Service Corp and the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee. So much for woke crypto Coinbase being "apolitical"!

@stephenasmith Well, if you are willing to incite your followers to attempt/commit assainations, permit invasion, attempt a coup on multiple occasions, and steal from the treasury through fraud, you shouldn't be called by any other name than seditionist or traitor. They're in all 3 groups.

@SamuelC13877599 @JoeKandul @RepBoebert A person takes actions that are logically predictable. They believe it is a decision because they do not understand that the action was not a choice, it was inevitable. All previous actions, experience, and the actions of others, define the outcome of the next action.

@JoeKandul @RepBoebert It does and you’re kidding yourself if you think “secondary causes” gets you away from God’s mind &decree being the “primary cause”. You would argue God decreed every detail logically first, ahead of anyone else’s decisions. This is a semantic game and the Calvinist rejects logic

@WeLuvVexx Sure, but once you pull the trigger, it doesn't stop until the mag is empty because, it isn't fully automatic (which would stop on trigger release), it's unrestricted fire. If you are stupid enough to use one, it's only a matter of time before natural selection selects you.

@RepBoebert While you're at it, how about removing the government's belief that non-military agencies can classify information that belongs to The People. If it is subject to FIOA then there should NEVER be redactions.

@RepBoebert 100% surveillance of every living breathing human all day everyday makes more sense. At least when in public spaces. I want to know exactly what everyone else is up to. Why wouldn't I? Especially lawmakers. We'll cut some slack for everyone at home, that's a given.

@RepBoebert Get a PUBLIC warrant that must be specific, as defined in the 4th A, AND the government MUST notify the Citizen that they are under suspicion BEFORE the exercise the warrant, with council present, AND digital information MUST be treated as physical documents.

Lee Zeldin@epaleezeldin

Nothing infuriates an uninformed Congressional Dem more than when they realize they voluntarily triggered a debate with someone who actually knows what they are talking about, reads federal statute and adheres to Supreme Court precedent. Today’s self-implosion by @rosadelauro was quite remarkable to witness. Without apology or regret, I will always adhere to the best available reading of federal statute pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Loper Bright.
