@SportsDirect_CS and even funnier my grandma and grandad went to a store to ask for help. The lad told them to send it back by taking it the post office… it took 2 men and a forklift truck to deliver so he was as useful as a chocolate teapot 👍🏻

@SportsDirect_CS yet again an absolute disgrace of a company. My grandma ordered my brother a table tennis folding set on 25th July. It was delivered on 2nd August broken. She isn’t the best with Twitter so it’s shocking that this seems to be the only way to contact you.
@SportsDirect_CS this company is a shambles. Waited a week now for something I have paid ‘special delivery for. Still being ‘processed’. Takes DAYS to get a response from CS and all they asked for my order number. No follow up. yet the website still advertising the bike I ordered
@SportsDirect_CS I’ve tried to send messages through your website but it keeps saying message failed. I made an order last week and today is the day it’s should be getting delivered. Paid for delivery 1-3 working days. my account says that you are still processing my order???
@SportsDirectUK You are advertising more people to buy equipment yet, yet I placed an order last week and it’s still ‘being processed. Your website won’t let me contact you. Won’t let me cancel the order. And no customer services to contact! WHAT IS GOING ON!
