You chat function never allows you to get through and your team on DMs simply lie about deliveries that have apparently been fulfilled. @BBCWatchdog

@houseoffraser Can I please have an update. You keep asking me to DM but I receive nothing when I DM. Your business has taken almost £1000 from and I have not received items or updates. I need an urgent resolution given these are gifts for my daughter at Christmas.

@houseoffraser Do not buy Xmas presents from this business. I have had 3 lost orders - 1 x Nintendo Switch and 2 Bikes + other items. Promised refunds and lied about deliveries. Have taken my £ and now my children won’t have Xmas gifts. AVOID!!!
