Yeah, initially my idea was to replicate the behaviour of the Chrome "star" exactly (with all the editing/management options), but unfortunately, MacOS/Safari system is too prohibitive to enable that. Editing capability will require a different file to be kept (since I don't want to risk breaking the original bookmarks file - which has its own format and tied to the iCloud), and a different file means it would decouple from your original bookmarks list, and I can see how many problems it can create even though you try to sync them periodically. So, I'm afraid unless Apple adapts the widely used chrome/firefox extension standarts, any attempt will be doomed to fail (and honestly I don't understand why Safari/Apple does not implement this in Safari - it is such a necessary & useful feature). Re: bookmarks sync, I tried different apps to tackle this, like raindrop, but I've found them to be complicated to use & manage for my taste. And in the end I completely switched to using only Safari in my Mac due its much efficent memory & energy management than Chrome so I don't use any sync tools anymore (and an as ex-Google employee, I really liked using Chrome, but in MacOS it just doesn't perform as well, unfortunately..)

@ozgurunlu @InternetH0F ... Safari's bookmark manager is just not easy to go in and out of. So being able to make quick edits (title changes, folder changes) from your pop-up would just make everything infinitely easier. Off topic- anything you use to keep Safari & chrome bookmarks in sync? ../2

Hey @Shahryar! Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated! Happy to hear that you found the extension useful. :) Showing the title of the bookmark makes sense, I'll add it to my high priority to-do's for the next update & will let you know when it is released :) Re: editing, I want to keep the extension simple, without any editing capabilities of the system files (which can open a big can of worms in the MacOs filesystem), so I want to keep it as is for the time being. @ozgurunlu @InternetH0F Hey just bought Bookmarks Star for Safari. Thanks for finally solving a missing feature. Could you also consider showing what the bookmark is titled from the pop-up that tells you the details on the bookmark? Bonus points if I can edit it right there and then too (like in Chrome)

It seems that 1) The market focused entirely on sequential DAU growth deceleration, 2) Q4 guidance only slightly above consensus - not enough to excite and 3) Management blaming reduced "unhinged" viral content strategy for slower user acquisition, as per stonki.ai So basically, although the revenue is growing 41% YoY - the rate of user growth deceleration spooked the market. With growth stocks, momentum is everything!

You're missing a lot if you don't use @cursor_ai's Bugbot. It detected so many great issues, I love it honestly. For our orchestration repos, it's correct 60-70% of the time, which I think is a pretty high number.
