@ozivanutrition I had ordered some product 8 tubes and returned 7 of them as not liked it but still awaiting refund money to my source account and no proper customer care. They say it's refunded but I dnt see credit to source payment method.. Pathetic service 😡😡😡

@rautrakesh Hey Rakesh, I get how frustrating that can feel, especially when the refund isn’t showing yet. If the refund has been processed from our end, it usually takes about 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank. ~ 1/2 AR
