Our 4 year old had to wait 4.5 hours just to be triaged in A&E last night. She couldn’t move her arm & cried every time she tried to. We were there for almost 7 hours & at no point was she offered any pain relief, water or food. The NHS is failing patients @wesstreeting

@Keir_Starmer As a leaseholder, I do understand where he is coming from. The regulations imposed after Grendell went too far, and all added costs have been pushed down to us. We now have very high service charges for small flats, and that makes our flats unsellable or even not mortgage-able.

@asosuk People face all kinds of life challenges, and you should show more understanding and empathy toward your customers. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Going forward, I will actively caution everyone around me against using your company!

@asos You operate in an extremely competitive retail market. There are many other retailers offering equally good—or better—pricing and stock, along with excellent customer service and genuinely helpful, understanding teams who support customers in difficult situations.

@asosuk You need to review your entire customer service procedures, including your overly strict refund policy. I will never use ASOS again because you put me through absolute hell over a return that was only a few days late, involving barely touched items.

@revolutsupport I use many different banks and never have I seen such incompetent team. They are not willing to help. I have reported the issue to Action Fraud. Will also raise complaints to @Visa and @TheFCA. This firm must stop operating. Their fraud prevention does not exist.

@RevolutApp I saw suspicious activity on my account and within minutes I reported it to Revolut customer service. Despite that, Revolut still allowed further 3 transactions taken from my account. They refuse to investigate this and try to blame me for that.

@ozlemcelik @TCS @TCS_UKI This is sad. It will make it difficult for employees on business visas to find accommodation in the near future unless the employer enters into contract with the landlord. We need better laws protecting UK landlords who rent out to visitors.
