@clairevo just heard you on the AI & I podcasts. I’m super curious about the AI automations you described related to parents, school emails, etc. How can I learn more about it? 🙏🏻

@lshackleton trying you again on this thread. What do you recommend to people who cannot use coda at work? What’s the best way to re-create some of the docs you presented in the Next Level PM session? Thank you 🙏🏻

@lshackleton I really enjoyed your Next Level PM with @shreyas. Your advice and coda example docs are awesome. What would you recommend for someone who can’t use Coda at their org? Feels like trying to re-create these docs in Sheets or Docs, might be challenging.

While a lot of genAI healthcare adoption has been for admin use cases -- rev cycle, scheduling, prior auth -- one clinical area is starting to see adoption which is super exciting: Transitions of care nursing calls

@lshackleton just watched your Shreyas talk and loved the idea of decision docs and interactivity. Any advice on how to implement those not using Coda? What if your team was mostly relegated to GDocs. How would you go about it?

There’s a new app that you need to try 🥳 I don’t say this often, because there’s a lot out there. But I’ve been sharing less and less photos online, but retro.app changed that. Simple. Clean. But most important: meaningful. Coming soon for everyone!

Why the heck is health care still tied to employment! In this era of layoffs happening left & right, this should strike us as more ridiculous/ a random consequence of historical events than ever.

@arcinternet @joshm curious if other folks are having issues with the new arc mobile. When I save things using the share sheet I constantly getting errors. I have all the right setting. Nothing seems to fix it.

I think it's a fundamental problem of incentives at scale. Imagine you have an idea that has a 10% chance of being extremely valuable but a 90% chance of making you look dumb. A smart startup would take the chance, but a smart middle manager at a bigco would squash the idea because it's mostly downside from their perspective. I think the only way to overcome this is to have the company run by a crazy person who's not afraid to take risks and looks "stupid", and who can continually force that down the hierarchy (e.g. Elon)

A tragedy of product work everywhere is that too many teams are actively anti-creative, and when they have to re-evaluate why their product is not winning, they excitedly come up with efficiency ideas rather than questioning the mindset that led to this plight in the first place.

8 years and 5 days ago I created some designs and code that turned into @Revue. Today, we're pulling the plug after a crazy ride! I'm sad, but also grateful for the many people who supported us. Big shout out to my co-founder @mojohamed, I couldn't have done it without him.

@morgancheatham @chrissyfarr I can definitely see this happening. I worked on some async care product experiments that d finitely align with this vision.

how does async telemedicine evolve in the era of generative tech? today ChatGPT lacks the accuracy necessary for front-office applications in healthcare. but could a nurse practitioner oversee async communication generated by chatGPT to serve >10x more patients/day?
