First they told us @ripple could freeze accounts, then they said #xrp is a security. This week we were told there was an imminent hostile takeover of #xrp ...and now there is a private ledger. Meanwhile POW forks and 51% attacks are actually happening. #bigboypants

@JoelKatz Some seem to think there is the ledger, and a hidden ledger, (One retail, one institutional) that will eventually be merged together. This to my understanding seems ridiculous as the protocol rules state one state is valid, and it’s immutable.

I have to think more how it injects fiat. It must be something with order depth near ticker and trading bots that operate on each exchange, I assume too. Remittance ok, might take little longer full execution at beginning.

Highly unlikely because our 1st use is in remittances & remittances are one way and episodic. IOWs someone is accumulating XRP on the other end of a USD/MXN. Who would do that unless there was a trading opportunity?

But we can not get into that before people understand how xRapid works. I believe it can not hold them but it can take money in on both exchanges and ”pack orders” for later execution.

If they would hold XRP, execution had failed, value had moved too early, counterparty risk, it fails, xRaoid not executed. XRP does not move until all gets done. And it only moves between exchanges where it gets converted to fiat 👍🏼
