During the Northbound pass of NOAA-19 I made this time lapse video. Original length was 15 minutes which was reduced to 30 seconds.

Yesterday I took a KANOPUS-V 3 X-band pass where I recognised an area from FENGYUN 3B images I received years ago. Navodari on the Black Sea coast. Local crop, somewhat bigger area (both PSS), a MSS false colour crop and a FENGYUN 3H crop of the area an hour or so later.

@usa_satcom Very impressive! How do get 24 hours of images, that must be multiple nights? Please explain...

The Rosette Nebula (Caldwell 49) is a massive, roughly 130 light-year-wide emission nebula and stellar nursery located approximately 5,000–5,200 light-years away in the constellation Monoceros. Known for its flower-like shape, it is powered by a cluster of young stars (NGC 2244) that have carved a hole in its center. Left image is 13 hours of images. Right is 24 hours of images - zooming in to give better view of the central bubble and star forming region.

To anyone following Mike, this is his wife, I have very sad news to pass on. Unfortunately and Totally unexpectedly Mike passed away at the end of November, the cause was Hypotensive Heart Disease, we had no idea and we are still totally shocked.

Blood moon at 3:30 local time. Shot as video using regular DSLR and then individual images extracted, aligned, stacked. Not great, but OK and I need sleep.

@pa4fb about 120 subs, most are 5min exposures (Ha + Sii + Oiii) with 2min exposures for stars (LRGB).

Lower's Nebula (SH2-261) located on the outermost edge of our Milky Way. Foraxx palette. 8 hours of subs.

I tested the Radiosonde decoder plugin on SDR++ 1.2.1 using an M10 radiosonde launched from Murcia - Spain. The signal was quite weak due to the 121 km distance and lack of line of sight, yet the decoder was still able to track it partially. Thanks to @_dbdexter and @ryzerth 👍

My final choice for my 1M offset, after replacing the questionable SMA connectors (thanks to the article in De Kunstmaan March 25th) and then taking S11 measurements again with the 75mm cone in place. I now get between 17 and 18dB on Syra3B.
