@paans_s@lufthansa They tried the same with me - blamed SAS for a Lufthansa operated flight, cancelled by Lufthansa. After 6 months of being given the runaround by Customer Relations, I sent my case to the SöP. Who concluded I was right, Lufthansa were 100 % responsible. soep-online.de/en/

I've been requesting compensation for a 24h delay due to a canceled flight. But so far lufthansa has only responded with generic emails, and pointing at another airline which has no role in the cancellation. Feedback ID 39242698.
Heb ik @RPlasterk net een glansrol gegeven in m'n nieuwe wachtwoord, gaat ie het niet doen. Zal wel weer in het landsbelang zijn, maar ik zit 6 maanden met een niet relevant wachtwoord opgescheept.
