Let us show you some beautiful footage of our brand new Airbus A350 (D-AIXT) arriving at @MUC_Airport for the very first time, on April 13th. This is the one and only aircraft equipped with the new Allegris cabin, a cabin featuring new experiences in all classes and coming to further aircrafts in the future.
Today, it is continuing it's journey with the commercial maiden voyage to Vancouver, Canada. We will be sharing more on this, so stay connected for the festivities ahead. 🛫

I've been requesting compensation for a 24h delay due to a canceled flight. But so far lufthansa has only responded with generic emails, and pointing at another airline which has no role in the cancellation. Feedback ID 39242698.

Og vårt hull i budsjettet var også stort - € 4200 for nye (dyrere) hjembilletter og hotell (og så EU kompensasjonen på € 1200). Håper det går fortere for dere!

Vi skal afsted til USA om under 2 måneder og har været nødt til at bestille nye flybiletter hos et andet flyselskab for at være sikker på at nå frem på den rigtige dato. Det betyder at vi pludselig har et kæmpe hul i budgettet 🙁

Jeg er norsk/svensk, og kjempet mot @lufthansa i 15-16 måneder, för jeg til slutt fikk refundert kostnader + EU kompensasjon, etter kansellert hjemreise i juli 2022. Jeg fikk hjelp via SöP (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt kunne ikke hjelpe). soep-online.de/en/
@l_m_p1@lufthansa@MUC_Airport Exactly. Have zero confidence in Lufthansa anymore. Have given them this week to refund the amount I’m owed. After that I’m filing a complaint with the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt and asking my bank to annul the original payment.
@jenlousmith@RPatricia17@lufthansa 1) Lufthansa cancelled flights, but told you to make a claim with another airline? Did you book through the other airline, but Lufthansa is the operating airline? Then Lufthansa are responsible, but will pretend otherwise. I was in the exact same situation, Lufthansa blamed SAS
@lufthansa please sort out our claim., FB ID 38953294. You cancelled out return flights from Australia, no idea why and not informed. Told by an agent to book our own and claim back. Not helpful at all

@AirbnbHelp Below damages to my house occured during a one-week stay. Mopboards under all windows completely damaged by exposure to water, swelled up, deformed and miscoloured. My case manager Gonzalo calls it ”normal wear and tear”, case closed. I disagree. How do I appeal?
@AirbnbHelp Update: The response = link to the same help section + same help phone number that the hosts had been trying to get help from - FOR MONTHS. Without success. A fellow hosts - having not been paid since August - has now made a final effort. Let’s hope you will now follow through.

@AirbnbHelp Why are some hosts experiencing issues getting paid, for months? Told that payment methods that have been working perfectly for years, suddenly need to be re-entered - and then ”sorry, we were unable to transfer money to your account? And Airbnb not able to solve?
@JenniferWegerup Härligt! Fortsätt gärna att skriva om hur du upplever Italien nu. Jag har en resa tillToscana (flyg till Rom, sen bil) 14/7, och vi går och funderar på om vi skall åka. Smittorisken är en sak. Men vi undrar mer hur det kommer kännas att vara där nu, hur stämningen är, hur öppet..
Framme i Rom. ännu varmare än i Sverige. Inga poliskontroller denna gång, inga timslånga köer, inget hot om att inte komma in eller om karantän. Bara att gå ut genom dörrarna och in i Italien. Nu blir det middag på stan med anguria, vattenmelon, till dessert.
