As a former high school and college athlete I know the goal is to win but the truth is the relationships you develop and the kind of teammate you become is far more important than your win loss record.

As a leader remember it may be work but it’s always personal. How you make people feel will determine their level of commitment to you. With your words and actions you want to convey to your team: -You belong. -You are safe. -You are loved. -You can trust me.

Yesterday we played @Israel_Lacrosse and had no cleats ...: after supporting their game today, Israel surprised the whole Team on the sideline with brand new cleats!! 🇮🇱❤️

College coaches aren’t looking at the score. They’re looking at your athleticism, speed, attitude under pressure, effort, communication, teammate skills, and your reaction after mistakes; all things YOU can control by training and having a great attitude and grit :)
