This honour acknowledges the rich cultural contribution of Marathi in our nation’s history. Marathi has always been a cornerstone of Indian heritage. Normalizing non-linear career paths requires that we decouple age from career milestones in talking about success. No single path is better than others, and those who take circuitous paths contribute a wealth of wisdom that they’ve learned along the way.

Make an effort to listen to strong/extreme introverts. I've some friends who are that way and I've found their thoughts, opinions and ideas very unique and insightful! It maybe hard to connect, but they're great people, and (personal opinion) sometimes better than extroverts :)
