@SVPhillimore When a regulator behaves so poorly and clearly is unaware of the law which it is responsible for holding its registrants to it begs serious questions about the utility of regulation. Is regulation a protection for consumers or poor professionals?

I am delighted to announce an early Christmas present. After an 'investigation' spanning 2 years into my tweets, my regulator has confirmed that the allegations against me are dismissed, but that it will be offering me 'advice'. Which I will of course, read with interest.

It's the psychological impact on the children that I find disturbing here. If an incident like this woman has described had happened at my house, I'd have insisted the police deal with it as severely as possible. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-…

@woodallthoughts I received the same and I am also grateful. The most obvious gender hatred I’ve had the misfortune to see. A person who’s poison just consumed them.

I wish this person no harm but I am grateful that twitter recognises hateful conduct and has stopped the harm being done to people.

@woodallthoughts Twitter NEVER changed a splitter. I still can't understand why anyone thinks that slagging off others is the way to repair broken relationships. It's beyond barmy.

I have a book, a PhD and too many projects to finish. All of our thinking on splitting and hyper-parental alignment, plus the outcomes of evaluation and research, are on the way. Whilst twitter is the perfect platform for observing splitting in action, it doesn't change minds.

Most Applications for contact orders are made by parents being denied contact. It is much more common to hear allegations of abuse in response. Those denying contact no not usually apply for orders. This is a gross misrepresentation of fact by the panel.
Louise Tickle@louisetickle

"while ‘alienation’ may have become a common counter-allegation, submissions highlighted the very real dangers of accepting this as the default explanation for children not wanting contact."

Unbridled power during the Covid crisis has given the executive a taste for tyranny and now the goose-step upon democratic controls gathers pace. Boris detests the judiciary for curbing the excesses of No10 and ensuring sovereignty remains with the parliament NOT the executive.
Robert Saunders@redhistorian

According to the @Telegraph "Boris Johnson has speeded up plans to curb the judiciary". We must not be fooled by claims that this is about restoring "the sovereignty of Parliament". It's about the power of Number 10 to sideline Parliament - & all other checks on its power. THREAD

This is a rare treat indeed! We can add dementia and delusions to the list of disorders because your 'amazing team' includes a convicted sex offender and domestic abuser. You forget Stephen Best is currently doing 6 years for rape. Here's a snap from your pages to assist you.

neologism=a newly coined word or expression e.g pervie. In psychiatry neologisms, whose origins and meanings are usually gibberish, are typically associated with brain damage and inability to form words and sentences, personality disorders and schizophrenia. Ty for confirming.

@victimofHMCTS @Justce4Dads Hi there are a few things you could add to this list especially those things which are LAW in the UK. Art 3 ECHR is an ABSOLUTE right to be protected by the state against 'torture, inhumane and derading trearment'. Isn't this what PA is and douesn't the state fail?
