$OPEN current debt is $3.4bn because revolving facilities can be drawn/repaid as they buy/sell houses. Those facilities mostly mature in 2024+. This Q they've sold over $2bn so far. Also, cash is $3.1bn, not $1.3bn. Don't forget the $1.8bn restricted cash in the VIEs.

Folks like @DavidSacks should understand that the free world isn't fighting for wokeness. Wokeness is just one (recurring) cultural trend that pops up in our society from time to time. We're fighting for the right of people to choose whatever cultural trends they want.
