Regulatory risk is still a huge black swan potentially for Hype and Zcash at least short term. The candle on a gov shutdown threat would be nasty. But hype is so far ahead of competitors that it’s the only real risk for them

After using lighter and nado etc pretty clear than hyperliquid doesn’t have too much longer to charge high fees, or maybe they do and just lose retail
