I ordered a refrigerator during the 12.12 Sale as a Christmas gift for my mother. It is now Dec.25, and not only is the item missing, but the handling of this situation has been a nightmare. The issues: ❌ Extreme Delays: It has been weeks since the committed date. ❌ Unprofessional Excuses: They blamed "mishaps" and the holidays for their own logistics failure. ❌ No Commitment: They admitted they "can't guarantee" a delivery date for a paid order. ❌ Shady Requests: They are now asking me to tag the order as "DELIVERED" even though I haven't received it, just to avoid system penalties. (See attached screenshot) This was supposed to be a special gift for my mom, but Panasonic’s lack of accountability has turned it into a massive headache. Never mark your undelivered orders as Delivered. Doing so means you just agreed to be #scammed by the seller with no recourse. The seller will argue the product was delivered. So no refunds for you.

Problema rin ang delivery ng lazada. Dati mabilis pero ngayon sobrang pangit na. Yung orders ko noong 11.11 umabot ng more than two weeks bago nadeliver. Yung isa tuluyan nilang kinansel at binalik sa seller. Kaya di na ko umoorder sa Lazada.
