I ordered a refrigerator during the 12.12 Sale as a Christmas gift for my mother. It is now Dec.25, and not only is the item missing, but the handling of this situation has been a nightmare. The issues: ❌ Extreme Delays: It has been weeks since the committed date. ❌ Unprofessional Excuses: They blamed "mishaps" and the holidays for their own logistics failure. ❌ No Commitment: They admitted they "can't guarantee" a delivery date for a paid order. ❌ Shady Requests: They are now asking me to tag the order as "DELIVERED" even though I haven't received it, just to avoid system penalties. (See attached screenshot) This was supposed to be a special gift for my mom, but Panasonic’s lack of accountability has turned it into a massive headache. Be careful when ordering high-value items from them.
