Clarification - I said: Great investors are open minded and understand things before others. Right now, I see Bitcoin as a very misunderstood asset class. (Didn’t tell anyone to buy anything but just suggestion to learn about BTC).

Finally, Bitcoin fell to $60k last week, which is in the support zone that I suggested a few months ago when I wrote that another 4-year cycle bull market had likely ended. A decline to “only” $60k would be relatively shallow for a Bitcoin winter, but as the commodity currency matures, its ups and downs should become less dramatic. It’s anyone’s guess whether $60k is the low, but my guess is that it is, and that after a few months of backing and filling the next cyclical bull market will get underway. Based on the mathematical harmony of past cycles, which of course are not a guarantee of future cycles, my sense is that any future waves could eventually take us to new highs.

A MESSAGE TO MY DEAR BITCOINERS: Stay humble, #bitcoiners. Don't brag too much.  Leave the "I told you so's to me." You stay silent. Act like nothing is going on. When people call, don't even mention bitcoin. Just be normal, be cool. You read me?  We knew this was coming. We told everyone, and it's only beginning. Don't give those who ridiculed you and wouldn't listen the satisfaction of seeing you happy. Be happy in silence. It builds character.  So be cool, calm, collective. If they mention #bitcoin, just say, "Oh yeah. Cool right?!" And change the friggin' subject on them: "How's Mary by the way?" Make them think, "WTF?"  Then, just go back to stacking every week of your life. This is nothing. 2025 is going to change your life forever. 🙏🏾 We ain't seen nothing yet.

In the time period between 2011 and 2021, Bitcoin was the top-performing asset in the world, and it wasn't even close. Bitcoin delivered annualized returns of 230%, while the S&P delivered annualized returns of 14%.

To say that Bitcoin outperformed these other asset classes over the past seven years would be an understatement. During this seven-year time period, Bitcoin's annualized returns were an impressive 44%. Other major asset classes had an average return of just 5.7%. In fact, it didn't matter if you looked at a seven-year, six-year, five-year, four-year, or three-year time horizon. The results were always the same: Bitcoin dominated every other major asset class.
