Why can’t these media houses name the so called MP in the #JoeSibanyoni matter?
Should they get sued, they can defend and plead Truth, fair comment and Public Interest!
Now we’re busy playing 30 seconds with all 400 MPs!
Kante basabani!

BREAKING NEWS: A well-known member of parliament allegedly phoned the complainant in this R2.2-million extortion case against taxi boss, Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni and his co-accused, Daniel Masilela, Philemon Msiza and Oupa Sindane, on Tuesday evening and persuaded him to drop the case against men as NPA is preparing to reinstate it.
The MP allegedly promised the complainant a handsome reward.

@HeidiGiokos @eNCA Wait till we hear there was a threat on the prosecutors's life. Told not to report work and couple of cents where dropped given their weight... yifilim ke leyo.

@Constitution_94 They investigated him and got a warrant issued. He was arrested and spent a week under arrest. The onus is on the NPA to prove its case. It's called a success For PKTT. Lesson learnt on his side will and never ever dare challenge them again. State now owns him (movements etal).
English

🔴 JUST IN 🔴
Fadiel Adams has won against the rogue elements of the PKTT.
Justice wins!
Our Constitution reigns supreme against rogues
I hope Dumisani Khumalo and Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi will not deploy their goons to harass his state of living
Fadiel Adams has the right to s16 of the Constitution, like all of us.
Those rights cannot be taken away through intimidation, bullying & harassment. Even by the PKTT!!
Now the frivolous case must collapse too.
It was driven by anger, pettiness, vendetta and nonsense!

@SingoOttcan @MbuyiseniNdlozi Did she say the then SG of the ANC issued an instruct or she said the SG of the ANC did it? Semantics, I get it. Wasn't he the DSG?
English

The President has a constitutional right to take the report on review, and no clowns will illegally remove him through shortcuts and political opportunism.
The ANCYL will remain the first line of defence in protecting the democratic mandate of our movement!.

@Thee3nthusiasts Ndlovu deserved to walk but the referee made a blunder. Let's not have double standards. Even the translator knew that he was on a brink or a red card.

How do you send a woman and her three kids out at night just because a DNA test says they’re not yours?
If you’re married under the Act, that’s a cr!me forceful eviction of your spouse can land you in serious trouble, you will eat two portions for two years.
Yes, the DNA result is painful. But the right step is legal: file for divorce and seek compensation if necessary.
Throwing them out at night is unlawful and d@ngerous. If anything happens to them, you’ll be held responsible.
You’re not the first man to raise children that aren’t biologically his.
Why not calm down, wait till morning, and involve her family instead of acting in anger?
Hurt is valid but that kind of action isn’t.

@ST_Mahlangu To be fair to him, The EFF/CIC emanates from the alleged chance taker who were just name dropping. CIC is supposedly "the boogeyman". lest we forget the other CIC (SA President). Poor evidence leader is not the author of the affidavits.
English

@Mothematiks he's having a moment with his god.. most probably he heard the officer of the court saying my lord.
