@SWCultureLive It's literally the opposite. 1- Filoni didn't want to bring Maul, Lucas did. 2- Filoni wanted to kill Maul when Maul dueled Sidious, Lucas said no. 3- Lucas planned to make Maul the sequel trilogy main villain, but Filoni and Disney killed Maul in Rebels before that happens.

Maul already said he wasn't planning to kill Kenobi in the clone wars, then Maul decides otherwise. They contradicted with what they wrote before in order to give Kenobi another win.

His love for Ahsoka, this is an undeniable fact that he is not honoring George's legacy. If Vader had killed her, it might be different, but he keeps trying to make her central to Star Wars. I liked her in Clone Wars, good character that made Anakin better, but her death would have made Vader better. Until he can rectify this mistake, he cant honor the legacy
