@johnlewishelp @JohnLewisRetail paid p&p to get this special toy delivered for my daughter. Very upset to see it arrived in a single later of packaging and loose threads and looking scruffy - soft toys are usually shipped in a protective bag!

@sainsburys very disappointing delivery this afternoon - all arrived in the most filthy crate and the bread only has one day’s shelf life. These pics are only half of the dirty items. Couldn’t reject as most of it was for weaning our little one

@hm tried to return this in store today as the zip is sticking and it’s dangerous as my little one has almost been stuck in it twice. But was advised I need to contact customer services. Please can you help?

@marksandspencer my daughter was gifted this as a special present and I’ve washed it was per the instructions and it is moulting so much it is dangerous for her to wear - it’s covered her car seat in fluff which she risks inhaling now 😢

@BootsUK I went in especially today and recycled some empties but my voucher just would not load so I missed out on my 500 points despite today’s big shop. Can you please help? And add the points on for me? Made a special journey today with my baby

@AldiUK any suggestions for this playmat - sadly it’s come out of the box like a trip hazard more than a playmat. One end is totally squashed flat 😫

@sainsburys I’ve got a photo of my receipt if I can share via DM for you to refund via a voucher for instance - it’s a lot of effort for me to get to a store hence I stocked up on milk when we last went. Please feed back that the security stickers should not be covering vital safety info

@marksandspencer I bought a jacket in store today and have come home to realise it’s for a security tag in the armpit area - how frustrating, I’ll have to make a special trip to remove it which is difficult with a new baby!
