$100M routed. 72 days. 9.01% APY. We wrote up everything we learned where the yield actually comes from, why we outperformed every vault, and what block-level indexing changes.

.@rosetta_hl by @parabolfi has integrated Octane to help secure the contracts that keep your capital working. Rosetta monitors vault rates and reallocates when it makes sense, automating yield so you don't have to. 24/7 security for 24/7 yield optimization.

I thought APY was just an average… until I watched ~13M blocks in real time on HyperEVM Everyone knows that lending dashboards usually show the last 24h average APY. On @MorphoLabs I saw the same thing. The chart looked smooth and calm, like nothing was really happening. But then I clicked into the advanced tab and noticed the “instant supply” rate. That’s when it hit me: the number I was looking at all the time was just an average, not the live heartbeat of the vault and its underlying markets. I wanted to actually see those instant changes, second by second. So I dug into Morpho’s contracts and docs, wrote an indexer, and started streaming data on HyperEVM. Right now I’m listening to over 13 million blocks in real time. And the picture is nothing like the flat 24h line. Rates are racing against each other every single block, moving like a horse race you’d never notice if you only look at the average. Before this I thought my yields were steady and kind of boring. Seeing the block-by-block moves completely changed my perspective. Out of that work I started Rosetta (Smart yield router on @HyperliquidX), which is basically a way to surface these live rates and build tools on top of them. It’s still early and I'm experimenting a lot but you can follow updates on @rosetta_hl. Feel free to DM me if you want to chat about it.

This Treasury‑backed stablecoin pays 11.71% APR. @parabolfi actually figured out how to make stablecoin yields worth your time. paraUSD is backed by US Treasuries + repo reserves, safe and solid. The setup is brain-dead easy: • Go to app.parabol.fi • Swap USDC for paraUSD • Lend into the Reserve stability pool And boom… collect that sweet 11.71% APR. Time to level up your yields.

yuki just stumbled into a stablecoin protocol that’s basically paying 11.39% APY while being backed by U.S. Treasury Bills 👀 it’s called @parabolfi and its token $paraUSD might be the most fiat-backed but not fiat-boring thing you’ve seen in a while ↓ paraUSD has a reserve stability mechanism: It uses a fully maturity-matched book (every loan tied to the underlying T-Bill) and takes loans off circulation lenders get rewarded by the T-Bill yield plus the extra yield from circulating tokens 🍓 - different take on fiat-backed stables - that’s why rates are higher than the Fed Funds rate and you can always convert back to USD 1:1 💱 There are use cases for everyone here 👇 🍓 Developers: plug it in with APIs/SDKs, unlock high yield + real-time data 🍓Businesses: boost user engagement by offering effortless yield to customers 🍓Treasuries: park idle capital in a fully collateralized, risk-free, high-yield asset yuki will have to dive a bit deeper into this protocol, but it seems like a new gem has been found ^^ - secure - low risk - high yields it’s literally Treasury Bills on DeFi rails I fockin' LOOOOVEEE double-digit APYs on stable, gimme MOOOOOORE

@parabolfi ❉ Visit app.parabol.fi ❉ Convert USDC to paraUSD ❉ Lend paraUSD into Parabol’s Reserve stability pool (current APR is 11% at max lending period). paraUSD is backed by US TBills and repo reserves. Lenders earn both fixed and floating income on their loan.

The buzz around yield-bearing stablecoins is still loud especially with stablecoins crusing new daily ATHs. More protocols are popping up, yields are high, and the risk level is minimal. We keep up with trends over here, so here's the part 3 guide on yield-bearing stablecoins.

The stablecoin market has skyrocketed to $267b , doubling in just a year. Talk about rapid mainstream adoption! With game-changing moves like the GENIUS Act and insights from the USA's Project Crypto, now's the time to let your stablecoins do the heavy lifting as this sector takes off. I've dropped 3 threads on yield-bearing stablecoins, with juicy yields as usual. Missed them? Here's a quick summary of all the stables I covered. You can also use the infographics as a guide. _____________ ✦ @UnitasLabs (sUSDu) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Protocol fees from Unitas’ multi-strategy delta neutral vaults ⇒ Yield ➝ 19.68% APY ✦ @avantprotocol (savUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Delta-neutral strategies ⇒ Yield ➝ 18.36% APY ✦ @every_thing (USDN) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Ethereum staking and funding rates from traders using USDN protocol ⇒ Yield ➝ 15.9% APY ✦ @aegis_im (YUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Funding fees from delta-neutral spot and perpetual arbitrage ⇒ Yield ➝ 15.74% APR ✦ @CygnusFi (cgUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Short-term U.S. Treasury Bills ⇒ Yield ➝ 14.84% APY ✦ @falconfinance (sUSDf) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Liquidity provisioning, staking, funding rate arbitrage, and cross-exchange price arbitrage ⇒ Yield ➝ 12.6% APY ✦ @HermeticaFi (sUSDh) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Funding rates on a short Bitcoin perpetual futures position ⇒ Yield ➝ 12% APY ✦ @fraxfinance (sfrxUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ U.S. Treasury Bills and DeFi strategies (staked frxUSD is dynamically allocated to the highest yield source to generate yield) ⇒ Yield ➝ 11.63% APY @0xCoinshift (csUSDL) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Treasury Bills and on-chain lending ⇒ Yield ➝ 11.32% APY + 5x Shift Points ✦ @Aster_DEX (asUSDF) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Trading fees and funding rates on short synthetic stablecoin positions ⇒ Yield ➝ 11.3% APY ✦ @lista_dao (lisUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Liquidation rewards and borrowing interests ⇒ Yield ➝ 11.08% APY ✦ @ethena (sUSDe) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Delta-neutral hedging and staking rewards on its stETH collateral ⇒ Yield ➝ 11% APY ✦ @reservoir_xyz (srUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ U.S. treasuries, DeFi yield, and market-neutral strategies ⇒ Yield ➝ 11% APY ✦ @parabolfi (paraUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ U.S. Treasury Bills and repo reserves ⇒ Yield ➝ 11% APR ✦ @StablesLabs (sUSDX) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Delta-neutral hedging and multi-currebcy arbitrage ⇒ Yield ➝ 10.57% APY ✦ @noon_capital (sUSN) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Delta-neutral strategies ⇒ Yield ➝ 10.44% APY + 5x Noon Points multiplier ✦ @StandX_Official (DUSD) ⇒ Mechanism ➝ Staking and funding rates from perpetual contracts ⇒ Yield ➝ 10.06% APY
