I can see a change in the @dspmf Value Fund — it’s now managed by @abhishec_s instead of Aparna. As an investor, I feel such changes should be clearly communicated to investors. Anyways, I’ve been following his articles for the past few years, so I’ll continue my investments.

Always over prepare, keep things handy and be humble. There are a lot of instances when airlines wont know the rules and at times even immigration officers. Recently one of our clients went to Oman , he and his wife had us visa but the kid didn't . I knew the rule, he took a print out. Read his experience, almost no one knew anything but he was allowed with the right set of docs and patience.

Just came back to 🇮🇳 via Air India Express flight. Strangely only 60-70% seats were occupied. If anyone is looking to come from Dubai/Abu Dhabi should consider Muscat as well. The airport is fully functional and all the flights are going. And Thanks everyone for the concern 🙏

After multiple flight cancellations in UAE, we finally shifted to Muscat. Our friends and family arranged a taxi from Oman who came to Abu Dhabi and then drove us back to Muscat. Having a local driver made our transfer from UAE to Oman easier. Also our first land border passport controlled crossing.. And also it was all because all of us had US Visa..

@Airtel_Presence I requested a new Airtel Black DTH connection on 27th Jan, but the request is still pending. The last update on 9th Feb mentioned that the device was unavailable. If it is still not available, kindly cancel the request and adjust the paid amount in my next bill.

🚨 Amex Platinum Travel milestones are being reshaped. It’s confirmed — Amex said so on chat. Earlier structure: - ₹1.9L → 15,000 points - ₹4L → 25,000 points + Taj voucher New structure (from March 2026): - ₹1.9L → 7,500 points - ₹4L → 10,000 points - ₹7L → 22,500 points + Taj voucher Everyone’s favourite 4L card is now effectively a 7L card. Here’s how the effective return changes: - 4L → 8.23% - 7L → 5.21% (Assuming ₹0.6 per MR and base rewards on all spends.) 🤔 Also watch for changes to MRCC and Gold Charge — they’re paused for a reason.

Interesting that indian IT stocks are down now because of a fear of AI cutting into their business. The trajectory might not be easy to predict but it's the boring, repeatable job that will go first, and these companies will need to upskill to become the ai orchestrators of choice. They don't even need to productise, they need to embrace the ai based service model, and already many of them are. AI is changing the game. You'll need less people to do a project, and less middle management. So move towards that game instead, and most IT cos are already doing this. Net hires are down. Middle managers that added little value are staring at being fired. Your skill isn't managing people as much as getting things done, ai or human. Employees have to reskill, again. The visas are dying so you won't get the path to a permanent residency abroad anymore, so make the best of your skills here.

Good brisk trading in SGBs... they are now equivalent of ETFs with better counterparty (soveriegn), similar taxation and the liquid SGBs will see good trade. The additional 2.5% interest is a certain plus without the expense ratio of the ETF. So effectively you stand to make 3% more EACH YEAR ! The only challenge is liquidity and finding the right pricing. 56 crores traded today so far which is decent
