$IONQ results dropped. $130M revenue, beat guidance by 20%, first quantum company over $100M. But here's what I noticed - almost nothing on actual tech. No benchmarks. No gate fidelity updates. No "here's what customers actually did with our systems." Just... deals and revenue. The same day, $NVDA posts results. Totally different energy. Specific customers, specific benchmarks, specific improvements vs last quarter. You know exactly what got better and why. $IONQ reads like a holding company while $NVDA reads like a technology company. There are great people and tech at $IONQ, mostly a result of all the acquisitions. I'm hoping the tone changes this year and gets back to what matters.

This is the post that completely destroys their argument. By 2027 $IONQ will be doing between $400 and $500 million in revenue. Doesn’t take a genius to see the 43x is just FUD!

$IONQ New paper authored by JPM (and IONQ's Marco Pistoia) highlights how quantum derivative pricing is moving closer to practical adoption. Paper discusses: ➡️ Quantum Speedups for "Fast-Forwardable" Stochastic Processes, including the Cox-Ingersoll-Ross model and a variant of the Heston stochastic volatility model. ➡️ A new quantum algorithm for sampling Lévy areas, enabling quantum Multi-Level Monte-Carlo algorithms to obtain quadratic speedups for some multidimensional stochastic volatility models. ➡️ Improved, end-to-end discretization analysis and resource estimates for continuous integration via Monte Carlo, with substantial reductions over prior work. ➡️ An analysis of quantum PDE solvers for Fokker-Planck PDEs and a description of various technical challenges with this approach. arxiv.org/abs/2602.03725
