Anti-TNF–induced lupus is uncommon, but when it happens, it can be alarming for patients. The reassuring part is that it is usually drug-related, not lifelong lupus, and symptoms often resolve once the medication is stopped. This is where careful listening, pattern recognition, and shared decision-making really matter.
