They all are still working on backlog only, I think they should divide staff for more on backlog but some on 2022 file so this way they can handle the situation. Because till now I haven't seen any 2022 file expect VV has been processed

In response to questions from @JennyKwanBC and @rosemarie_falk IRCC states that when the Minister says that the processing time for family reunification is back to 12 months that this is for applications submitted in 2022. It doesn't apply to the backlog. ourcommons.ca/DocumentViewer…
