@heis_fede Xabi alonso is a tactician thats a fact. Whats also a fact, real madrid forced him to abondon his systeme and adapt to players. Real madrids players also have theyr ego above the club, and won't listen to anybody but themselve. Thats why xabi lost the dressing room and lost.

@TheThreadZone Isn’t Ronaldo a striker. What did you expect him to do? Not scoring the goal? Not celebrating.

This image is my father personified. He often kept my awards to display in his own office—and didn’t give them back. Ha. My sweet dad departed this life on 6/22/22. So grateful that all I have to do is miss him. He gave me all I needed to win. Yup. 💛🥹🙏🏽 #loveisthewhat

@RFentonMD @BlackDocVillage When I interviewed at BMC, I thought I found my home. No other programs talked so loudly about social justice, caring for migrants & underserved ppl. The reality was on top of the unequal treatment I received, they never sponsored my visa. The hypocrisy & betrayal were painful.

Vital reporting by @ushamcfarling about Black trainees in toxic environments. Having just graduated from one, I also want to acknowledge that leaving/being dismissed is just a visible, less common outcome. Many stay, but are also traumatized and demeaned by the experience.
Usha Lee McFarling@ushamcfarling

One reason this problem stays invisible is because few speak about it. It's too painful and there is so much stigma and shame involved. I want to thank all the residents who spoke to me for this story. "If we keep quiet, they win," @jonasattilus told me. statnews.com/2022/06/20/bla…
