@British_Airways your Customer Relations team must be the most incompetent team I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I honestly think most of them are incapable of reading!!!! But you can’t speak to them as on 2025 to have a phone conversation is not possible

@British_Airways Imogen I did that yesterday when I was sent an e mail saying I need to go to my travel agent. I spoke to a call centre that confirmed that I booked with BA direct but your customer relations team again came back saying I need to go to a travel agent. So what now!!!!

@British_Airways David Can’t help with much really can you? Your customer relations team can’t speak to anyone. Social media team can’t help with post travel. Who can I physically speak to as your e mail team are at best incompetent and more likely just lying to me
