I would cut the 25% budget increase in councillors budgets for traffic calming that has been reported to be doing nothing to calm traffic.
Bigger budgets for councillors offices never get a question.

On a related car storage spot issue, I'd like a public policy student to gather costs of suburban street parking (on street where all houses are SFH) on snow removal costs. Snow plows dodging cars when driveways are empty is nuts. Yes, homeowners need to valet their many cars.

@sensenjoyer @BiniIrl They LOOK like Dutch intersections, but the scale is way off, so they don't actually function very well. Like, there's almost never enough room where a left turning bike doesn't block all through traffic. And other reasons.

@mirgray The Jersey barrier keeps cars from flying down the hill, but doesn't protect people on the sidewalk from being hit by those cars. There's also no crash cushion on the end of the Jersey barrier, yet. The height of the barrier could also be an issue for kids climbing and falling.
