Two civilians, a man and his wife, were killed after two explosive drones, belonging to Iran or Iraqi Shia terrorist groups, struck their home in the Zrarati/Zargaz area of Erbil, Kurdistan Region.

Over 500 Attacks Since Start of Iran–U.S.–Israel War Leave 11 Pêşmerge and 2 Civilians Dead in Kurdistan Region The rising number of casualties from recent attacks has sparked widespread anger among the Kurdish public and political groups. Kurdish parties and political figures have expressed condolences to the victims’ families and strongly condemned the attacks. According to reports, since the start of the Iran–U.S.–Israel war, the Kurdistan Region has been targeted by more than 500 drone and missile attacks carried out by Iran and its allied groups. Since the beginning of the conflict, bases and camps of Iranian Kurdish parties in the Kurdistan Region have also been targeted at least 160 times by missile and drone attacks linked to Iran’s IRGC and its allied groups. So far, 11 Pêşmerge fighters and 2 civilians have been killed.
