Amazon wants all the control of an employer without any of the responsibility. It’s time to pass the Delivery Protection Act to say goodbye to Amazon’s union busting loopholes.

The Olympics are back and America is next. After LA 2028 and Utah 2034, it’s time to bring the Winter Games to New York City and Lake Placid in 2042! We can’t — and shouldn’t — let the West have all the fun. The U.S. is big enough to host 3 Games in 14 years. No new venues. Global stage. One state. As SCOTUS prepares to reject Trump's attack on birthright citizenship, was is @dartmouth's general counsel @matt_raymer1 still promoting this racist and baseless theory on his feed? @sianbeilock
Matt Raymer@matt_raymer1

Proud to have this piece today in @FDRLST. The Fourteenth Amendment does not say than anyone born here is a citizen. And Wong Kim Ark, the 1898 SCOTUS decision cited to say that it does, involved a man born to legal immigrants. Important distinction. thefederalist.com/2025/01/24/tru…

“ Services are not enough to bring people out of poverty,” Desai said. “What most workers want is not benefits. What they want is a job that will pay them a dignified living, livable income to keep ourselves out of poverty.” Proud to stand with these siblings today. #FundDCWP

Dozens of union workers rallied at City Hall on Monday to demand that the city’s DCWP receive full budgetary funding, following Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s proposed cuts to the agency’s coffers in his preliminary spending plan. amny.com/news/union-cou…

We went to Pueblo this weekend as a grassroots campaign nobody was supposed to take seriously — and left with 40% of the delegate vote, just 17 delegates behind a twice-elected statewide officeholder. Colorado, you did that. And we're just getting started.

The bill you introduced days before I announced my primary challenge? Which has exactly one House co-sponsor? And which everyone knows is going nowhere? Meanwhile, you’ve been MIA in the state budget fight to tax the rich. Pretending to be Robin Hood in (largely self-funded) campaign mailers while clinging to your wealth isn’t going to fool anyone.

I’m glad you support my plan @bradlander. My ROBINHOOD Act would make the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share and generate enough revenue to pay for universal childcare with money left over for health care, housing, nutrition, and education.

Colorado, I love you. This is what it looks like to put the law on the side of working people. So proud of the results at assembly and honored to have the support of Colorado Dems—we are just getting started. ♥️✊

NYC passed major new laws to raise standards for workers across industries - but impact depends on enforcement. With a new mayoral administration prioritizing workers’ rights, what's next? Join us March 26 to explore how protections can deliver real gains: bit.ly/enforcement-af…

Attention journalists. This should be a national story. Between @AIPAC bragging about what they did the day after the IL election & now financial disclosures, no other Dem primary should be tainted by Trojan-door, Trump donor money. If you do your jobs. Disingenuous at its core.
Matthew Eadie@mattheweadie22

And now Elect Chicago Women super PAC, which funded millions of ads in #IL09 and #IL08, also funded over $4 million by AIPAC's United Democracy Project This is confirmation of months of mine and other's reporting that AIPAC was behind these super PACs docquery.fec.gov/cgi-bin/forms/…

No, @AIPAC, no one else does what you do. 1) Take Trump donor money & spend in Dem primaries 2) Fake named groups to spend the money. 3) Never mention Israel in ads, only after elections 4) Spend in Dem primaries to boost people you don’t like to drain votes. Uniquely shitty.
AIPAC 🇺🇸🇮🇱@AIPAC

We weren’t the first to use this tactic…. And we won’t be the last. But we will be the one called out. Wonder why? The orchestrated campaign to single out and demonize pro-Israel Democrats from participating in the political process is wrong and fundamentally undemocratic.

For those that aren’t following the Colorado AG Democratic primary, remember the name David Seligman. David’s platform includes prosecuting ICE, protecting immigrants, taking on AI & Big Tech companies, and going after corporate polluters. His establishment-backed opponent, Secretary of State Jena Griswold, is trying to coast to the nomination. David’s got the juice. He’s got the grassroots support. He’s not a politician. He’s an experienced attorney who has spent his career fighting for working people and immigrants. Who genuinely gives a shit about Coloradans. An upset is brewing. This is just the beginning.

What to do when @JFREJNYC endorses on the same day you open your campaign office? Launch a two-part canvas: Half on phones recruiting volunteers for petitioning. Half talking to businesses on Atlantic Ave about how they can protect their immigrant workers.
