@alth0u Literally read about this yesterday where someone clarified that It's from the constellation of bear (ursa major) not actual bears. This is an actual instance of this really working as expected not lucking into it.

subscription revenue is sooo much morally superior and aligned than ad revenue, which is why x dot com is so healthy and better than old twitter

tech debt is three things - runtime complexity - legibility complexity - extensibility complexity and with an experimental science like ML - configuration complexity
Andrej Karpathy@karpathy

@jeremywei Love the word "comprehension debt", haven't encountered it so far, it's very accurate. It's so very tempting to just move on when the LLM one-shotted something that seems to work ok.

@CompletelyOver8 @jandro423 @melonakos @shaunmmaguire "once" my ass. Just imagine how fucking nuts you have to be to have fucking Dick Cheney supporting the democrats. And half his staff, and most of the generals be worked with. Dig a hole and live in denial and ignore the fact that it isn't just the liberals who are against him.

@pavan_ky @jandro423 @melonakos @shaunmmaguire So, you’ll just ignore the multiple examples of actual huge alterations to custom & practice that the Dems currently advocate & their lawfare (which is deeply banana republic-esque) & instead allude to some random thing Trump said once in a fit of anger? You see why you’re losing?

@pavan_ky @jandro423 @melonakos @shaunmmaguire Kamala wants to “reform” SCOTUS by packing it, has been jailing dissidents (non-violent Jan 6-ers,) trying to jail her political opponent, & speaks approvingly of curtailing the 1st & 2d amendments & getting rid of the Electoral College. Who, really, is the wannabe dictator?

@ViraniAlim This tweet alone made me happy that I quit Twitter. Dumbest thing I heard. 1) This was brought by New York State. 2) There are 100+ instances of similar cases in New York in the 2022-2023 period. 3) The more serious cases are being stonewalled by a Trump Lackey.

This seems roughly correct. Trump is guilty of a crime and this case seemed politically motivated. They basically Al Capone-ed him.
reason@reason

Reason’s @billybinion shares one thing a lot of people are getting wrong about the Trump verdict.
