For the avoidance of doubt, Folic acid is a laboratory produced substance that displaces natural folate, & causes cell division. It is not good for ANYONE. Not just non pregnant women. Research. Avoid at all costs.
Jill@jilicious

All large bakeries in the uk now must add folic acid into their breads, pastas, etc. This is synthetic and not anything like natural folate. It is bad for non pregnant women and can do harm. Check before you buy. Buy from small bakers who aren’t bound by this rule. #nannystate

In 2014, the House of Commons Public Administration Select Committee published a report with an extraordinary title... “Caught red-handed: Why we can’t count on Police Recorded Crime statistics.” The Committee concluded there existed... “substantial and credible evidence indicating that the PRC data do not represent a full and accurate account of crime in England and Wales.” It warned of: • under-recording of crime • evidential distortion • target-driven policing culture • institutional pressure affecting recording decisions • leadership failures • inadequate audit mechanisms • and systemic erosion of public trust. The report went further still. It expressly identified concerns surrounding the downgrading of offences, “no-criming”, filtering practices, performance pressures and the manipulation of crime visibility itself. One passage is particularly striking today... “performance pressures associated with targets… acting as perverse incentives for some crimes to be downgraded from notifiable into non-notifiable categories or as anti-social behaviour or as crime-related incidents.” That warning now sits in direct constitutional juxtaposition with present-day evidence surrounding Operation Talla and nationally coordinated Covid-era policing practices, because years later, extensive evidence and formal constitutional correspondence have now been provided to Parliament (including @CommonsPACAC, @CommonsJustice, @CommonsHomeAffs) and public institutions like, for example, @HMICFRS, concerning allegations of coordinated filtering, non-recording, administrative diversion and evidential suppression relating to Covid-19-related criminal allegations. Yet, despite the gravity of that material, there now appears to be profound institutional silence and that silence matters constitutionally. Once Parliament has already recognised the danger posed by evidential filtering and distorted crime-recording culture, silence in the face of subsequent evidence touching national operational coordination becomes a matter of constitutional significance in itself. The central question is no longer merely whether distorted recording practices existed. The question now becomes - What happens when institutions which were already warned about these dangers encounter evidence suggesting those same mechanisms may have evolved into nationally coordinated operational practice? The 2014 report remains publicly available and deserves to be read carefully in light of current events. Here it is: ethicalapproach.co.uk/760_260520_232… Silence, once evidence is formally before the State, also forms part of the evidential landscape.

TALLA - CAUGHT IN THE ACT “The Exposure of a Procedure Never Intended To See The Light Of Day” What happens when internal policing communications are finally viewed together in sequence? • A national police chiefs’ meeting. • A subsequent communication to all Chief Constables. • A directive instructing officers to reject Covid-related criminal reports from the public. • And finally, an internal communication proclaiming “guidance to not record has been a success" All within the space of less than five weeks. The constitutional significance of that sequence is profound, because once allegations are prevented from entering ordinary crime recording pathways, administratively redirected, filtered before investigative crystallisation, or structurally kept outside conventional evidential visibility, the downstream criminal justice process becomes compromised before it even begins. That is why Operation Talla matters. Not because it merely reveals controversial policing decisions, but because it exposes something much deeper - A procedural architecture uncovered, which was never intended to end up under the spotlight. The most important evidence in constitutional matters is often not what institutions openly announce. It is what internal records quietly reveal once chronology itself is reconstructed and chronology, unlike narrative, does not lie.

As a miners’ union leader, Hardie complained about immigrant workers in the pits, calling their habits filthy, and testified to a 1899 Commons committee that Scots wanted a near-total immigration ban; “Dr Johnson said God made Scotland for Scotchmen, and I would keep it so.”

Your daily reminder that Keir Hardie founded the Labour Party as an anti-immigration movement after seeing how cheap foreign workers impacted his union members. Now Labour views the White working class as public enemy number one.

We really need to find Bute a home asap as his owner is going into care next week. Can you please share to help him on his way? Bute is a 10 year old male Collie. He is available and looking for a new home as sadly his owner is going into a care home soon. Bute is fit and healthy and neutered. He is also chipped. Bute has lived with another dog previously but hasn’t been around other dogs. He has been around a 6 year old child and has been fine. We’d suggest a home with older children for him would be best. No cats. Bute can be left alone if you need to go out and travels well in the car. He eats a mix of wet and dry food and loves treats. Bute is use to having a garden so we’d like to find him a home where he has access to a garden. For more information or to offer Bute a new home please email info@help2rehome.com Sorry we are unable to accept private messages to the page. Please email for any enquiries.

🚨 TEENS THROW LIVE FISH ONTO PET SHOP FLOOR IN CRUEL STORE RAMPAGE A gang of teenagers allegedly ripped live fish from tanks and hurled them onto the floor during a shocking rampage inside a Pets at Home store. Horrified shoppers watched as the youths ran through the Colchester branch on Saturday, shoving their hands into tanks and grabbing fish while laughing. Staff reportedly chased after the group as they fled the store, with witnesses describing the scenes as “vile” and “disgusting”. One witness said they saw a member of staff sprint out of the shop demanding the teenagers hand the fish back. Instead, the group allegedly threw the animals onto the floor and ran off through the car park. The witness, who asked not to be named, said: “I noticed a group of teenagers in the car park coming out of Pets at Home. “I saw a worker come running out the store demanding for the children to return the fish. “Their response was to chuck these fish on the floor and run. “Do these kids not know right from wrong? It’s honestly disgusting and if you know these children have a word with their parents.” The disturbance also reportedly involved items being pulled from shelves and mess being left behind inside the store. A spokesperson for Pets at Home confirmed the incident had been reported to police and said a number of the fish were safely recovered. They said: “The welfare of our pets is always our top priority, and we take incidents like this very seriously. “We’re pleased to confirm that the small number of fish were safely recovered and immediate steps taken to check and care for those involved. “The matter has been reported to the police, and we would like to thank our colleagues and customers who helped to quickly bring the situation under control.” The incident sparked outrage locally, with residents condemning what they described as pointless cruelty towards defenceless animals. Colchester resident Sandie Clark said: “What the hell is wrong with some children these days? It’s absolutely vile behaviour. “I can’t even begin to understand why they would even find this funny.” Amy Kirkby-Taylor, ward councillor for the area, branded the behaviour “unacceptable” and urged anyone with information to come forward. She said: “That kind of animal cruelty and thoughtless cruelty is simply not acceptable.”
