Putting mandates on PBMs will do nothing to lower drug costs. Bringing down prices will require more competition for brand drugmakers, and Congress can start by stopping Big Pharma from gaming the patent system to block lower-cost medicines.

Big Pharma continues to be very happy Congress enacted PBM reform. As if there were any question who benefits most from this...and it's not patients.
