@HiveHelper hi Recently changed my b/band to Fibrus wireless. Managed to get receiver/thermostat connected & using my heating that way. Cant connect hive mobile app to hive sys. Deleted receiver from hive app, hub ID code not visible code to rejoin. Not o/side or i/side box

#Homary This firms customer support is absolutely non existent. I would recommend that if you have any desire to have any chance of contacting them in the future in case of any product issues, that you just completely forget about it.

@homarycom why is it taking so long to get any response to a faulty product. Its either automated responses or very sparse email reasons especially three and four days apart !!!
