If you live in Scotland and vote for the union, what's your defence of this? Or does it not bother you?

Scotland has vast energy resources, yet some of the highest energy bills in Europe. Our only oil refinery has been closed and massive renewable investment projects have been blocked. The choice is ours: a dim future in the UK, or a bright one as an independent nation.

Private companies that sign contracts to deliver public services and then fail to do so should never be allowed to pay dividends to shareholders. A shareholder is a company owner. A company owner who takes public money, doesn't deliver, but takes profit, should be prosecuted.
