@pdxrob25 @benedtl Exactly! MAGA its not republican. I am a life long republican who left and voted democratic and am that disaffected Democrat. I am firmly center now but willing to look at a solid candidate from the right who is not MAGA. MAGA is a cancer imo.

After last night's failed production of the Republican Gubernatorial Debate, it's safe to say the ORP is dead. Moderated by convicted sex offenders (PDX Real), sponsored by an ex-con (Dane Lomax/Project 1776), pledge of alliance led by a CCP asset (Sen. David Brock Smith), and a round table with leading candidates who suck. We need a complete overhaul. My opinion: everything changes when we start being unapologetically MAGA Republican. Regardless of what Democrats say, regardless of where people "are" we stand strong on what we believe in. No more games. No more short cuts. Just truth and platform. It's worked extremely well nationally. We need to bring integrity and courageous leadership back to the party. To do that, we need to eliminate all the current leaders. This is the only way forward. Follow my prescription and the Democrats will have something to fear.

This week, I endorsed Oregon Republican Representative Ed Diehl to replace democrat Tina Kotek as Governor. ijpr.org/politics-gover… Last night, the four leading republicans appeared in a debate. I’m still glad I chose Diehl. All the candidates for Oregon Governor have come on my talk show to talk about issues. I think Christine Drazan and Chris Dudley are good people, but they had their shots to lead, and they fell short. Representative Diehl pulled off something few have done…win hundreds of thousands of signatures to immediately refer Tina Kotek’s 4 billion dollar tax hike to voters. Democrats then spit on democracy by ripping the vote out of November and dumping it in the low-turnout May election. Notice Democrats aren’t even campaigning IN FAVOR of the tax they worked so hard to pass in September? Governor Kotek ain’t out there either. And notice the labor unions that usually support any old candidate with a D by her name have abandoned Kotek. The real race happens one month and two days from today when voters make the only choice allowed to them…choose a republican to replace Tina Kotek’s failed leadership. His name is Ed Diehl.
