@RoxxoDr @VulcaPix @reptar321 15/hr is about 30k a year gross, so just over a 2x ratio to their house price. That is incredible, what do you think that ratio is nowadays with average homes? Think about this for more than a second before you post

@VulcaPix @reptar321 No they don’t but people also didn’t get paid much back in those days. My parents bought their house for $67k. My dad earned $15/hour at the time. Interest was 14%. They barely afforded it. The house was a respo so also needed a lot of work but they slowly did it

@MrRightMrow @RichardCityNews Yeah, because hard working taxpayers should be allowed to relax with a beer in a park (behaving well, of course), whereas I couldn't give a shit about some junkie ODing in a back alley

Why would I waste my money and time fixing your property, which I pay through my arse for, only for you to come back in 6 months and try and take my repair out of the deposit? No no, you forced the repairs portal onto us now I’ll portal ur profits back into a livable home for me.

Property management in 2026: Grown Millennials won’t pick up a screwdriver to fix something in their unit that would take 20 seconds. Instead, they write a 400 word ChatGPT essay about it with civil codes…then threaten to sue if we don’t handle it immediately. It’s gotta be the soy milk at this point.

@RodKahx You vote for the PARTY you want to form a Federal Government. You do that by voting for the MP in your riding who promises to represent that Party for you. When that PM crosses the floor ... that promise is broken ... and your vote has been stolen. That MP is now illegitimate.

@RodKahx When they crossed the floor they are turning their back on their riding. They should have to face an election in the same riding. I voted for a conservative MP not a f****** liberal

@RodKahx The ones who crossed were elected as conservatives and you can gas light all you want but the people who VOTED did not vote for them to basically become a different person. I guarantee the floor crossing lose, if they ran in their respective regions, as the floor crossing party.

“I’m a new convert and I don’t agree with anything the pope says! I believe I’m smarter than the pope, actually!” Congrats. You are a Protestant.

This is NOT an anti Catholic post. I am a happy, new Catholic. My reading of early church fathers and study of Luther and the reformation left me OUT of the Presbyterian (and earlier Baptist) church into Catholicism. Any bad faith response will be ignored.

crazy results In digital logic, you know that a single NAND gate can build any Boolean circuit. AND, OR, NOT, XOR... all reducible to NAND. Nobody had found the equivalent for continuous math, the stuff on scientific calculators: sin, cos, log, exp, sqrt, etc. This paper shows that one binary operator does it: for example eml(1, eml(eml(1,x), 1)) = ln(x) and eml(x, 1) = exp(x) - ln(1) = exp(x) - 0 = exp(x) once you get ln(x) and exp(x), you can get anything from using same operator again and again
