Flight diverted to COS from DEN. Then delays after delays (no pilot) for 5 hours until announcement that delay was until the morning. WHAT?!! Stranded overnight with 4 kids—no hotel, no car, no agents to help. Nothing. @AmericanAir you can do better than that!
