Let me get this straight.
Senate leadership can ram through a bill behind closed doors with 5 Senators at 3 AM—but can’t get the SAVE America Act passed, which is supported by over 80% of Americans.
WE THE PEOPLE should be outraged.

President Trump granted a full pardon to Jewish nursing home operator Joseph Schwartz after he served just three months of a three-year sentence for a nearly $39 million fraud scheme. Federal prosecutors said that Schwartz refused to pay payroll taxes that had been withheld from employees’ wages across 11 states. Congress is on the brink of passing a liability shield for pesticide companies, like Bayer, who give Americans cancer.
Bayer is a foreign company, but Congress wants to give them total immunity to mass poison Americans with glyphosate.
“This is not to grant farmers’ immunity.”
“This is to grant the corporations immunity.”
“If farmers contract a form of cancer or non-Hodgson’s lymphoma from this chemical, if this makes it into the Farm Bill, you won’t be able to sue for that.”
This liability shield would be a complete betrayal of the MAHA movement.
But House Republicans are on the brink of passing it anyway, and President Trump is urging them to do it.
There is still time to fight back.
We need all hands on deck to stop this.

This is an important point. Behind the unforgivable lie - we were not in talks and Trump just made that up - is that the lie telegraphed to Iran that Trump is desperate and in a corner, which has the impact of making talks even less likely. Just national security malpractice.

Good afternoon. Speaker Johnson was sent a bill to fund TSA, the Coast Guard and FEMA that passed the Senate 100-0. If he had simply called it for a vote it would passed easily.
But he chose chaos. Because that’s what Trump wants. Only Johnson can clean up this mess.
