@SemudaraAbayomi I wanted to stay out of this, but let me add some perspective from the inside since you're genuinely asking. That website was built by one person on our team, experimenting to improve conversion. No input from the design team; just someone in-house who saw a problem and tried to fix it. Here's the uncomfortable truth: our old "beautiful" website was our worst-converting channel through its life time. It looked great, won compliments, but it stopped reflecting what Nomba actually does and more importantly, it barely converted visitors into customers. The "new" one converts at roughly 6x the rate of the old. It's an order of magnitude difference in actual business impact. Some people can prefer the aesthetics of the old one; that's fair. But we'd rather have a website that works than one that just looks good in screenshots. That said, I've seen the feedback on the aesthetics and some of them are valid. We'll be cleaning things up over the coming weeks. It doesn't have to be a choice between looking good and converting; we can do both, and we will. But honestly, where we spend the most design energy is on the products our customers actually use every day. If you haven't tried the Nomba app, I'd genuinely encourage you to, it has on of the best UX on the continent in Banking and we're constantly improving it. That's always been the priority, and it will stay that way.
