I am exasperated by @eon_next - they keep telling me I don’t have to pay (I don’t use gas but have a meter) but continue to charge and threaten. They say I can email, but there’s no email address. Wit’s end, frankly.

I am SO fed up with @EONhelp - they ask me to ring to speak to someone quarterly but each ‘please press’ on their switchboard ends in request to pay and no human being. Even complain line ends in demand to pay. I don’t owe them anything and they threaten me. What’s a girl to do?

Very disappointed with @Airbnb_uk response to cancellation due to filthy holiday home. Clearly no enhanced clean, unsafe. Airbnb turned down refund on basis of absurd technicality - not telling host we were leaving (we informed her husband who was outside the place at the time).

Dear @Collectplus. I am now at the end of my wick with this. I returned a parcel on 20 May, it is still ‘en route’. It clearly was delayed and misdirected and now I suspect, lost. You are trying to say it’s up the retailer which is absurd. I am unable to email or ring you.

@CollectPlus Hello again. It is now 30 days since I sent a parcel by Collect plus and it appears to still be ‘en route’. Detail shows hold ups and misdirections and you’ve now said it’s up to the retailer!!?? Kindly give me an email/phone number so I can deal with this matter properly. BR

@collectplus I returned a parcel via your service 18 days ago and the tracker tells me it’s ‘en route’. How is this possible and what am I supposed to do about it? There appears no way to enquire.

@CollectPlus Dylan, it seems the parcel remains ‘en route’ a month after it was sent. I have had two useless and irresponsible responses by DM. The parcel was held up at Gatwick for two weeks and now, I suspect is lost. You’ve told me to contact the retailer, what do you expect them to do?
