Just having "modification tools" as you put it, like IDA Pro, x64dbg or Process Hacker open will give you a warning to close it, to avoid a game ban, but will never actually ban you, unless you modify the memory of the game or something.

I've been seeing this on my fyp and figured it was worth noting. @moonriselumii recently recieved a ban for playing a modded version of Celeste (peak game btw) which is completely unrelated to Fortnite. If you ever hear someone call kernel-level anticheat "invasive," this is why.
