I am shocked that there’s no way to update the phone number linked to an account, manually or via customer support with @tira_help! A clear violation of DPDP act, 2023, this can cause severe penalties and yet @reliancegroup's Tira doesn't have this policy! @jagograhakjago

Never pay salary. We have a policy of paying salary after 30 years from joining. If anyone wants to review it, they can come to the bank and take their time. They are not allowed to take withdraw or transfer funds. This breed of taking salaries is the worst and shouldn’t be given any opportunities under any circumstances.

As destiny would have it, I have been to Ballia and we support the DSET Public School, run by my good friend Dr Vijay Tiwari's family in Karnai village in Ballia. I spent a day there last year. We have been thinking about opening a centre in Ballia and it got delayed due to our AI transformation, and once we get through it (going well!), we will get to Ballia. At that point, yes, we will apply our philosophy and go to local schools and colleges in Ballia and recruit students and train them. We don't care for grades. We care for how much drive and passion you bring. Every single district of Bharat, particularly the forgotten rural ones, has serious talent, waiting to be tapped. Tapping that talent is the greatest entrepreneurial opportunity in the world.
