@etihad @EtihadHelp I can see you actively reply to posts that came hours after mine, as well as ones that came at the same time. I dmed you on two different accounts and I haven’t received any acknowledgment. My flight is in less than 3 days and it disappeared from the app.

The chat bot says it was a one way but a few days prior, and in my chat history, it said that it was a round trip. I did not get any emails either.

Some of these people are older than me, or old enough to have a developed frontal lobe but they continually act like children 🫡
