I’m lucky. For me It passes. I finally feel great today.
But some people don’t make it out of some of those stages. It can be all consuming. It can be a very dark and hard hole to climb out of.
It’s important to always be vigilant and talk. Be kind. Big love ❤️ (12/12)
I’ve just had 8 days of the worst depression and anxiety imaginable. Horrendous.
Today it has finaly lifted. I wanted to share a thread to help people who suffer but also non sufferers to grasp what it is.

There’s no confirmation on a father yet but Prince has been spotted looking nervous muttering something about “not paying for all 6 of them”.
He was found on the streets with Bowie but there were other dogs there also. He is under investigation 😅 (4/7)
Stop what you are doing and enjoy a little update on Bowie and her 6 puppies.
It’s been all action since they were born and they have all pretty much doubled in size already… (1/7) 🧵
This first pic is the day she came in alone, underweight and very sick after sleeping rough.
She would have been alone in the jungle today having those babies. I’m not sure her or the babies would have made it.
Look at her now just 6 weeks later. Proud as can be ❤️ (7/7)
She knew by instinct how to do everything. We were also trying to keep quiet so as not the wake the other 14 sick dogs who I didn’t want barking and going mad and stressing her. (4/7)

I hear you when you say that some days it feels like you could be juggling knives on fire and the children would still just rather be on TikTok. Have you ever considered competing with TikTok and actually learning how to juggle fiery knives? Couldn’t hurt, right?

Send good vibes. I am speaking at the State Board of Education meeting about their ridiculous proposed change in law that would define classroom libraries to be the same as media center libraries requiring teachers to catalog books.
My little sister Orli died by suicide on Friday. She was smart, funny, and had the biggest heart of anyone I had ever met, and I never saw her death coming. I cannot begin to fathom this loss, but I hope her 19 years of life can be recognized for the incredible gift they were.
