Lowest hanging fruit for most golfers? Mental game. I went through a certification program with a sports neuroscientist. It was eye-opening. I teach this to the players I work with. Of all the things we work on, mental game training is the most impactful by a WIDE margin.

Explain ball flight…neutralize their grips…give them an address routine…make the club go fast…line it up for impact…fill in some scorecards under tournament pressure…and watch them grow. Mike Finney Junior Golf Academy..it’s time to go.

Received an interesting question: Would it be better to hit every fairway? or Would it be better to get every ball that misses the green and is inside 30 yards up and down? This is for a high level D1 college player (+3 index or better). Your thoughts?
