@cryptofreak505 After the last amputated bull market, Bitcoin will never be like the previous clean-cut bull/bear markets. The contract between the average investor and the ponzi has been broken, so to speak:) I think Bitcoin is moving away from trends and towards mean reversion kind of moves.

People are braindead because in the BTC BULL market everyone expected BTC to go higher , didnt we go higher? But somehow in a downtrend people gets soo fixated on what everyone thinks and most are so concerned about being a contrarian than looking at what the chart is saying!

While it dosent matter even if everyone on CT expects more downside people need to know that when BTC starts going down only most people who expected this downside wont buy because of massive FEAR and expectations of more downside, some even sell lower[aka Capitulation]!

One way i like to look at BTC is that i assume the bottom can happen at any price. Never be too hold on to an idea , the market changes with time and new information. Learn to flow with it. Expecting the bottom because everyone is Bearish is not a good idea btw...

Market turned green and I had a better sleep today. Anyway, here is the list of supplements and tips to make your sleep better (according to my experience and from the comments). What I take daily: - Magnesium glycinate (300-400 mg) - L-Theanine (200 mg) - Tart cherry extract (1-2 tbsp) + eat kiwis All taken in the evenings. I also try to have my last meal of the day 4-5 hours before bed. I wear blue-light blocking glasses 1-2 hours before bed time. A/C is turned on (with an open window for oxygen) for a comfortable temp. My humidity level is also perfect (40-50%). CO2 levels don't exceed 800 ppm. I also wear ear plugs sometimes because I'm very sensitive for any sounds. All of that and my sleep is still hit or miss most of the times. Sometimes I sleep well but sometimes I struggle to fall asleep (1h+) and wake up multiple times. My fitness ring tells me I have little "deep sleep" (most of the time its under 1h, sometimes even as low as 15m) which likely the reason I don't feel well rested at all when I wake up. Sometimes I can sleep 8h+ and sometimes only 6h or less. There is no consistency. This has been the case for the last 3 months (since this year started). Before that I never had any problems with sleep. Might be something I'm missing with my health. @bryan_johnson any advice? I know sleep is the most important thing for our bodies/mind.

Ended up taking 1mg xanax & this shit knocked me out. For the first time in a while I wasn’t waking up multiple times during the night but I woke up with slight dizziness. I slept 8h+ which is longer than usual but the quality of sleep isnt great. I almost had no deep sleep.

I have troubles sleeping lately. I would feel tired but still unable to fall & stay asleep. Tried melatonin, L-theanine, gaba etc. Nothing helps. I close my eyes & start reminiscing about a random altcoin I didn’t sell in 2022 or a seed investment I made. Both are dust now.
